Facilitation and Graphic Recording
We are huge fans of finding new ways to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively. The most enduring results are those in which the client team has collectively diagnosed their challenges, and actively defined their solutions. The more diverse the group, its interests, capabilities and locations, the more important the need for facilitation. The WolfGroup has been involved in facilitation ranging from designing and executing high-impact meetings, strategic multi-stakeholder workshops, to developing processes to enable effective organizational change.We are converts to graphic facilitation, the practice of using words and images to create a map of the emerging conversation and ideas. A graphic facilitator employs graphics to lead group process in an engaging and interactive way. Graphic facilitation is both process and product. PeaceNexus
Seconded us to serve as a facilitator for a Swedish NGO undertaking an organizational change process, in developing their capacity to undertake effective policy advocacy as a complement to their field operations. Lead several workshops developing consensus, analyzing business processes and developing a series of pilot projects.
Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI)
As part of an international initiative to develop the peacekeeping capacities of key Southern states, we have facilitated groups of senior military officers in their reflection on key themes (gender, child protection, personal conduct) and in determining their own training capacities, needs and gaps.
